Kishore Basireddy and Ravindrababu are jointly producing a film titled ‘Ganga Putrulu’ directed by P Sunilkumar Reddy. The film had Subba Raju and Gayatri Rao of ‘Happy Days’-fame in the lead roles and the film is based on the lives of fishermen.

Several new faces are being introduced to the Tollywood with the movie. The first copy of the movie was ready some time ago and it was submitted for censor certification a few days ago.

Sources from the film unit say that the film had bagged clean U certificate from the Censor Board. As per the available information, the film is most likely to be released on January 28.

Rao Ramesh, LB Sriram, Rallapalli, Jeeva, Gundu Sudarshan, Kallu Chidambaram, Ramakrishna and Venkatesh are in the cast. Sabu James is the cinematographer, while Praveen Immadi gave tunes for this movie.
